When a document is processed in the Knowledge Processing activity, the document class is learned if:
Knowledge Processing did not find any match when the document was processed in the Classification activity, and the document class was selected manually in Inspection, or
Knowledge Processing found a match, but the document class was subsequently changed, for example in Inspection.
When a document is processed in the Knowledge Processing activity, field positions are learned if the document was processed in the Verification activity and rubberbanding was applied. (See Capture Framework Help for more information about rubberbanding.)
