Adapter for PROCESS DIRECTOR

This activity exports documents with images and fields to PROCESS DIRECTOR using mapping in SAP. See instructions.

If for some reason you need to add this activity to the Process Designer, the file to add isxboundActProcessDirectorExport.dll.

These settings are available when configuring a process step of this activity type. (For information about configuring process steps, see XBOUND Help.)

SAP connection
Host	The IP address or host name of the target SAP server.
System number	The SAP system number.
Client	The SAP client.
User	The SAP user of PROCESS DIRECTOR.
Password	The password of the SAP user.
Language	The SAP language. The default is English. This setting should normally not be changed.
Pool size	The preferred connection pool size, number > 0. The default is 5. This setting should normally not be changed.
Connection limit	The maximum number of concurrently open connections. The default is 10. This setting should normally not be changed.
Idle timeout	The idle time in seconds after which a connection is removed. The default is 600 seconds. This setting should normally not be changed.
Test connection button	Tests the connection using the specified settings. The result is presented in a message box.
Mapping
PD process type	The PROCESS DIRECTOR process type to use for the statistics.
PD application	The PROCESS DIRECTOR application to use.
PD mapping ID	The identifier of the PROCESS DIRECTOR mapping.
Attachments
Archive ID	The archive ID to be exported to SAP, for example ZE.
Medium format	The XBOUND medium format (for example TIFF) and document type. Not exported to SAP, but only used to determine the media to be transferred (that is, it is used for filtering).
Document type
Archive object	The archive object in SAP, for example ZEPD_TIF.

These settings are also available:

Import button	Imports settings from an XML file that was previously created using Export.
Export button	Exports the settings to an XML file. Specify the file name and location. You can then import the XML file to get the same settings.
Check regular expression link	Opens a test form, where you can check a regular expression.
