The Adapter for PROCESS DIRECTOR is used to export documents with images and fields to PROCESS DIRECTOR using mapping in SAP.
First, the _pdx_SAP_GUID field is used to check whether the document has already been exported. If the field exists and is not empty, no export occurs.
All of the documents in the root document are exported. Which documents are actually processed in SAP depends on which XBOUND document types are mapped in PROCESS DIRECTOR.
To be processed correctly, the root document must meet the following criteria:
XBOUND fields not of type Text are transferred empty.
Field names are case insensitive.
After transfer to SAP, the following additional information is available in each XBOUND document:
