In the Process Designer, rights can be assigned by document type (see XBOUND Help for more information about rights and how to assign them).
Users can only open and edit documents in Verification if they have the appropriate rights:
If users are assigned full access, they have full read and write rights.
If users are assigned read rights, they can display but not edit documents in Verification.
If users are assigned write rights, they can edit documents in Verification.
If users are assigned no rights for an individual document, a placeholder is displayed instead of the document, and the input form is empty.
If users are assigned no rights on a root document, they cannot see the document in the Document Manager or open it in Verification.
