Closing and saving a root document

When you are finished processing documents in Verification, close and save the root document:

Using Verification:

Select File > Save to save the changes you made. If there are no invalid fields, the root document is saved, checked in, and transferred to the next process step. If there are invalid fields, you are asked whether you want to save the root document.
Select File > Save & route to save the current root document, and transfer it and its media to the next process step.
