The Batch audit trail

This feature has been disabled/removed for the time being, so this topic is hidden.

If we add this feature again, ensure that F1 works in the Production module (it probably doesn't). Because originally there were two topics by this name, but they were combined into one in DOC 7.1.

ClosedTo access the Batch audit trail:

  • ClosedUsing the Administration module:

    1. On the Supervision tab, expand the runtime system and then Included solutions.

    2. Select a solution.

    3. Double-click Batch searches in the right pane.

    4. Right-click a document specification in the table of results and select View audit trail.

  • ClosedUsing the Production module:

    1. Select Batch > Audit trail.

If document and batch audit trail logging is enabled in the Audit trail policy dialog, processing batches leaves an audit trail.

The information is displayed on two levels. The second level, which you can expand by clicking , shows a list of property changes, values and previous values.

Use these settings to view the audit trail for a batch:

Batch
Date & Time

The date and time the batch change occurred.
User

The user responsible.
Task

The task in which the change occurred.

Property

The property that changed.

Value

The value of the property.

Previous value

The previous value of the property. (Log previous value must be selected in the Audit trail policy dialog.)
