The Field specification dialog: Columns settings for table fields

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. In the Administration module, right-click any table field specification or template and select Properties.

  2. Select Table > Columns and double-click a column.

Use these settings to specify the data to be extracted from table fields.

System name

The name of the field specification.

Display name

The user-friendly name of the field specification. This name appears in the Production module when verifying table fields.

Enabled

Whether the field/column is enabled or disabled.

ñ

Moves the field up one position. The order of fields here is shown in the Production module.

ò

Moves the field down one position. The order of fields here is shown in the Production module.

Columns

Opens the Columns dialog.
