The Edit field titles dialog

To access this dialog:Click a browse button in the Select fields dialog.

Use this dialog to adjust the titles of a field in the Select fields dialog.

Add	Adds the text you type in the box to the list of field titles.
Delete	Deletes the selected title from the list.
