Use the below procedure to clear the locks in the configuration data, the production data, or both.
To unlock invoice configuration data, try the more controlled procedure described in Unlocking invoice configuration data.
If invoices are locked, try this first: Find them using the procedure described in Searching for documents. Then unlock them using this procedure, which is more controlled.
If batches are locked, please refer to Ways of handling locked batches before using the below procedure.
In the box, select:
to unlock the DOCUMENTS configuration data, except for Invoice configuration data.
to unlock runtime data (documents, invoices, field values, etc.).
If multiple runtime systems are used, they are displayed here. Select the appropriate runtime system.
