In order to create your own templates, special licensing is required.
You should always use templates for fields. Field templates save time when you need to use the same, or similar, field with many documents.
On the tab of the Administration module, expand .
Right-click and select .
In the dialog:
Select Select type and then choose one of the field types in the list.
Or, select to use a previously created template as a model for the new template.
Click .
Type a name for the field template (max. 80 characters) and press .
