You need to create a batch report layout file if you want to define your own batch variables.
Using the Manager, select ð New.
In the New object dialog, select Batch report layout file and click New. The Batch report layout dialog appears. This is the standard layout for batch reports. It contains the standard batch variables.
Click OK. You are prompted to name the batch report layout file.
Type a file name. The .BJB extension is added to the name. Click OK.
Link the batch report layout file to forms or sets.
Tip: All form definitions in a Scan job description must have the same batch report layout file. This applies also to form definitions that are part of set definitions in the Scan job description.
