While you are scanning, each page is shown as a thumbnail image at the bottom of the Scan window.
Double-click a thumbnail image to display the page. Use F3 and F4 to change the page size, and use the scroll bars to move around on the page.
To delete a form or appendix, right-click its thumbnail image and select Delete. This removes the page so that it will not be processed by FORMS. You can only delete pages before you click Stop or New batch in the Operator control dialog.
Only Identified forms can be deleted, and a form cannot be deleted if Interpret is currently processing it. If nothing happens when you try to delete a form, it means that FORMS will not allow you to delete it.
If you delete a form in a set, the set logic is not rechecked. No error message tells you if the set no longer conforms to the defined set logic. In addition, subsequent forms are expected to follow the set logic as defined.
To print a form or appendix page, right-click its thumbnail image. Select Print.
