Thumbnail images of scanned forms are displayed at the bottom of the screen in Scan. This is especially useful to visually check and adjust form definitions while processing batches or sets of forms.
You can right-click an image and select:
Display a full-size view of the selected image. (You can also double-click the thumbnail.) Use F3 and F4 to change the page size. Use the scroll bars to move around on the page. |
Print the selected image. |
Delete the selected form or appendix. Only Identified forms can be deleted, and a form cannot be deleted if Interpret is currently processing it. If nothing happens when you try to delete a form, it means that FORMS will not allow you to delete it. Warning: If you delete a form in a set, the set logic is not rechecked. No error message tells you if the set no longer conforms to the defined set logic. In addition, subsequent forms will be expected to follow the set logic as defined. |
Change the form definition of the selected form, change an appendix to a form definition, etc. The Specify form def dialog appears. |
