Using the Manager, select ð Repair processed forms to repair forms that were damaged by a program error or a power failure, for example.
There are two places where damage to a form can occur:
In the internal database structure
In the image associated with the form (if there is one)
Repair processed forms affects the internal database structure only.
If the repair function is successful, the repaired form receives the status Identified and must be interpreted again.
If the repair function is unsuccessful, or if an image is damaged, a dialog is displayed on the screen that shows all available information about the damaged form. In this case, the form must be rescanned in Scan. Use the available information to determine which form to rescan.
In the dialog you can choose to Delete the damaged form, Print the information on the damaged form, or just Cancel the dialog.
