Using the Manager, select ð Repair processed sets or Repair processed batches to repair sets or batches that were damaged by a program error or a power failure, for example. If you were processing sets or batches when an error occurred, one of these is the correct command to choose, rather than Repair processed forms.
There are two places where damage to a set or batch can occur:
In the internal database structure
In one of the images associated with the set or batch (if there are any)
Repair processed sets and Repair processed batches affect the internal database structure only.
If the repair function is successful, the repaired set/batch receives Identified status and must be interpreted again.
If the repair function is unsuccessful, or if an image is damaged, a dialog is displayed on the screen that shows all available information about the damaged set or batch. In this case, the set or batch must be rescanned using Scan. Use the available information to determine which set/batch to rescan.
In the dialog you can choose to Delete the damaged set/batch, Print the information on the damaged set/batch, or just Cancel the dialog.
