In this example, five traditional adjustment fields are defined so that all of the other fields are contained within their boundaries. In this way, no fields will be missed during interpretation.

In this example, three traditional adjustment fields are defined in the upper left corner of the form definition. Although FORMS may be able to identify the forms, it is possible that fields positioned below the adjustment fields may be missed during interpretation.
