Defining a line map

To define a flexible line map:

1. Position the cursor near the line you want to add.

2. Press and hold Shift and double-click. (Release Shift.) If FORMS found and highlighted the wrong line, press Delete or F9 on your keyboard.

3. If the correct line was found, click it. Then select Edit ð Field ð Define or press F5 on your keyboard.

4. Click OK.

5. Repeat the steps all of the lines in the line map are defined. Do not include any unnecessary lines, such as those that are not included in the border of any field to be interpreted.

To remove a line, click it and choose Edit ð Field ð Delete or press F9 on your keyboard.
