Delete set

If there is any problem with a set you are scanning, you can delete it by selecting Set ð Delete set. This causes all scanned forms in that set to be deleted from FORMS’ database. It also clears the scanner buffer.

After selecting Delete set, do one of these:

• If you want to rescan the problem set

  1. Put all pages belonging to the deleted set in the scanner again (after adjustments, if necessary).

     Include all pages that were scanned after the page that caused the problem, even if those pages belong to a subsequent set.

  2. Click Continue in the Operator control dialog.
      

• If you want to delete the set permanently

  1. Remove all pages belonging to the problem set.

  2. Put the first page of the next set as the first one in the scanner’s document feeder, even if that page (and subsequent pages) were already scanned.

  3. Click Continue in the Operator control dialog.
