Stage three of preparing for production: Activating a form definition

Before you use a form definition in production, you must change its status to Active. Use this procedure:

1. Using the Manager, select Edit ð Form definition settings. (If the command is disabled, open the form definition.)

2. Correct any errors appearing in the dialog.

3. Select Active in the Status box.

4. Click OK to close the dialog.

5. Resave the form definition.
