Using the Manager, click the Form definitions object bar.
Ensure that no forms of the type you want to delete exist in the database (for example, waiting to be validated or transferred). (Instructions.) If forms exist in the database, you must first process them before you can delete the form definition.
Deactivate the form definition.
Ensure that Scan is not running.
Select one or more form definitions to delete.
Select ð Delete or press Delete on your keyboard.
