The Field menu in Verify has commands for handling individual fields as you verify them.
Select ð Complement to add or edit any field complement for the current field, regardless of whether or not it is included in any field definition. The keyboard shortcut is F6.
Whatever you type in the Field complement dialog appears in the output for the form, if a transaction field containing the name of the field preceded by "&" is included in the transaction description, as it is by default when both of the following are true:
The field definition includes a condition that triggers a field complement.
You choose a default transaction description format.
If one of the above is not true, you must add the transaction field to the transaction description yourself.
