Use the following procedure to place check boxes in the custom view that correspond with mark or selection fields in the form definition.
Click the Check box tool in the field selection toolbox.
Place the crosshairs in the work area where you want the box to start.
Click the left mouse button and drag the crosshairs to where you want the box to end. Release the mouse button.
Select the field that you want to connect to this box from the list in the Select field dialog and click OK.
