Working with the Verify view designer

To start the Verify view designer:

1. Using the Manager, open the form definition you want to design or edit a custom verification view for.

2. Select Edit ð Verify view designer.

Toolbars

With the exception of the Delete and Properties buttons, the buttons on the upper toolbar affect the view as a whole. You can also toggle the display of the field selection toolbox here.

The buttons on the lower toolbar affect two or more boxes that are selected in the work area.

Point to a toolbar button to display a tool tip explaining its use.

Work area

The work area is found beneath the toolbars. Use it to design or edit a custom view for Verify. Read about:

• Placing or editing text boxes

• Placing or editing check boxes

• Placing or editing field boxes

• Aligning or resizing multiple boxes in the work area

• Specifying the verification order in your custom view

• Adjusting the typeface and font size

When you are finished

1. Click the Close button.

2. Save the form definition.

3. Select Custom view in the Verify job options dialog.
