Use this object bar to manage the form definitions that are in the system and the objects that are associated with them.
Click the + sign next to any item to see the objects it includes.
Double-click any object to open it, or right-click it to view a list of options that can be performed on it.
Right-click an object and select Delete to delete it (or click it and press Shift+Del on your keyboard).
You can see the status of each form definition by the color of the icon next to the name:
Indicates that the form definition is Active.
Indicates that the form definition is Deactivated.
Indicates that the form definition is Inactive.
To create a new form definition from here, right-click the area under the bar and select New.
A transaction description is listed under each form definition. You can open it here or save it to a file.
This folder appears if any fields have been defined in the form definition.
You can open or delete field definitions from here.
A list of job descriptions that the form definition is included in is listed in this folder.
You can open or delete these job descriptions from here.
This object appears if forms have been processed using this form definition. By right clicking this item you can:
View information about the processed forms by clicking Open. The Status information dialog appears.
Delete processed forms associated with this form definition.
Delete transferred forms if there are any.
This folder appears if any validation rules have been defined in the form definition.
