If you have a hardware dongle, you can use the hardware dongle viewer to check whether the dongle is connected and working properly. If you have a volume-based license, the program also tells you how much capacity has been used.
Double-click DongleInformation.exe to run the program. The file is found in INVOICES' Bin folder.
