When you are optimizing an invoice definition, Optimize displays field proposals for each field defined in the invoice profile.
To learn a single item field:
Select the field in the Data objects box in the Learning dialog.
The Field learning dialog is displayed. If INVOICES found the field on the invoice, the field is highlighted on the invoice definition image.
If the Field proposal column shows more than one proposal for the field, you can select them using the Next and Previous buttons.
Check and, if necessary, correct the field value.
If the correct field is highlighted on the invoice definition image, but the interpreted field value is incorrect, you may need to change the text type or apply a background filter.
If the wrong field is highlighted on the invoice definition image, redraw the field on the invoice definition image.
Check and, if necessary, correct the field title.
If the correct title is highlighted on the invoice definition image, but the interpreted title is incorrect, you may need to change the text type or apply a background filter.
If the wrong title field is highlighted on the invoice definition image, redraw the field on the invoice definition image.
Check and, if necessary, correct the settings in the Field learning dialog.
Click OK (in the Field learning dialog) to learn the field.
