You can change the format of the batch size (#BatchSize) and batch prefix (#BatchPrefix) variables. This is just one way you can change the layout of a batch report.
The new format is used:
In batch reports.
In the dialog when the Scan operator types values before scanning a batch.
Do this:
Using Manager, click the Batch report layouts object bar.
Double-click the batch report layout where you want to change the format.
Type N’s or X’s to specify how many numeric or character positions are allowed:
#BatchSize Can be N to NNNN
#BatchPrefix Can be XX to XXXXXXXXXXXX (2 to 12 characters)
Click OK to close the dialog.
