To open an existing job description using Manager or a production module:
Click the Job descriptions object bar.
Double-click the job description you want to open.
When you open a job description in Manager, the dialog opens for editing.
When you open a job description in a production module, it opens so that you can run the job. Click Edit to edit the job, or click Start to start the job.
Although you see only the job description for the production module, you are always working with a complete job description for all modules:
When you create and save a new job description using a production module, a complete job description for all modules is saved. The settings for Invoice profile and Use batch mode are copied to the General settings that apply to all modules.
When you edit a job description using a production module, you can override all of the General settings. Any changes you make to the settings for Invoice profile and Use batch mode are copied to the General settings that apply to all modules.
