The Job description dialog: General settings

The General page contains settings that apply to all modules in a job description.

The same settings are available for individual modules, in the General settings of each module’s job description. Click the module name to access the General page for the module. Example.

Invoice profile

Determines which invoices to process.

Note: This setting applies to all production modules using the job description. If you change it in the General settings of one of them, it is changed in all of them.

Use batch mode

Use this setting to process batches of invoices.

Note: This setting applies to all production modules using the job description. If you change it in the General settings of one of them, it is changed in all of them.

Save statistics

Saves job statistics automatically.

This setting is used in Interpret, Verify, and Transfer when those modules run this job. However, you can adjust it individually in the General settings for each module. (Click the module name in the Job description dialog.)

Wait mode

Toggles Wait mode.

This setting is used in Interpret and Transfer. However, you can adjust it individually in the General settings for Interpret jobs or the General settings for Transfer jobs.
