Our system crashed and we cannot process the invoices that were in the system at the time

When an INVOICES module crashes, there may be items locked in the database. Do this:

  1. Start the module that crashed.

  2. If the problem is still there, follow the instructions in starting a module after a crash.

  3. If the problem is still there, unlock the items in the database.
