The Master data policy dialog

Use imported sender data for identification, and display it in Verify when searching for a sender

• Uses master data to identify senders.

• Connects the master data to Verify so that you can use the master data when searching for senders.

Important: After you enable this setting, you cannot disable it unless you clear the database of all senders.

Allow Verify operators to choose senders from the sender registry only

• Locks the Sender list in Verify so that you can only choose senders from the sender registry. In other words, if this setting is selected, you cannot type in new senders while verifying. However, documents from new or one-time senders can still be handled. (How?)

• Hides the Sender number and Description settings in the Verifying dialog.

This setting is highly recommended if Use imported sender data... is selected.
