Delete a queue
To delete a queue using Manager:
- Select any invoice profile.
- Click the Queues button or select Edit > Queues. The Queues dialog is displayed.
- Right-click the queue in the list of queues and click Delete.

A queue that appears empty may not be empty. It can contain invoices or batches from another invoice profile. To check if a queue is empty, look at it under all invoice profiles.
Tips
- You cannot delete Kofax ReadSoft Invoices queues 1 to 32.
- Any invoices or batches in the queue are not affected, except that they are not in the queue any longer.
