Process Director AP for SAP Fiori

Note that the full functionality of the Process Director Accounts Payable /COCKPIT/1 transaction is available in the SAP GUI desktop client and SAP GUI for HTML interface.

Park and reverse documents

The "Park" and "Reverse" functions have been added to the application, mirroring their functionality in Process Director Accounts Payable. New buttons on the footer toolbar of the document detail view enable you to access these features.

View message logs

You can now view message logs for any document in the document list. The logs record every action performed on a document and provide information about detected errors.

Manage settings in User Profile

A "User Profile" section has been added under the information button in the document list view. In this section, you can see user details and configure invoice image display settings.

Display invoice image

You can now view the invoice image in a docked position next to the invoice in the document detail view or open it in a new browser tab. You can configure your preferences in the User Profile section. A "Display invoice" button has also been added to the footer toolbar.

Propose and determine line items

You can now manually propose and determine line items to add line item data to invoices.

'Material' tab added to document detail view

The "Material" tab has been added to the document detail view. This tab is only visible for MM documents and represents the Material table in the /COCKPIT/1 transaction in Process Director Accounts Payable, with the same functionality.

View purchase orders and supplier details

You can now configure direct access to purchase orders and supplier details from the document list.

Assign users to documents

A new "Assign User" button has been added to the footer toolbar in the document detail view. Use this button to assign documents to yourself or other users.

Navigate to previous and next document

Two arrow buttons have been added to the footer toolbar in the document detail view. Use these buttons to navigate to the previous or next document in the document list you have generated.

Status icons in workflow steps

Status icons have been introduced to indicate the assignment of recipients to workflow steps.

Select language when sending documents to workflow

You can now select the language when sending documents to the workflow in the "Start workflow in Work Cycle" window.

Enhancements in Notes

In Notes, you can now add note descriptions and select text type. Additionally, you can now access notes directly from the "Send to workflow" screen.

Enhancements in filter options

Custom fields added to the document list grid are now automatically included as filter options. A new "Max. no. of hits" field has been added. Use it to define the number of search results displayed in the list.

Enhanced personalization in Items, Accounts, and Taxes

You can now personalize document detail views on the Items, Accounts, and Taxes tabs. The new options include column auto-resizing, adding and removing columns, and saving the personalized variant.

Work with account assignments

You can now view and change account assignments for PO-related items in MM documents.
