Reassign Rules Window

Reassign Rules window purpose

The Reassign rules window is used to create and manage Reassign rules for the user currently logged in. The window is a pop-up window. To open the window, select Reassign Rules in the Options menu available in the Console Worklist.

The Reassign rules standard window contains a list of existing rules. Creating and editing rules are done in the Create rule pop-up window and the Update rule pop-up window accessible from the corresponding buttons. You can view details about Creating and managing Reassign rules here.

Create & Update rule pop-ups

  • Rule name - Specify a name for this rule (this name also describes to rule). The name can contain any standard character.
  • To user - Select the user that receives your tasks in the specified period.
  • From date - Select the date from which the rule is active.
  • To date - Select the date the rule stops being active.
  • Type - Select the either Transfer or Delegate.

Buttons

ReturnReturns you to the previous window.

SaveSaves the current information.

Create ruleCreate a new Reassign rule.

Add ruleAdd the rule to the existing Reassign rules.

UpdateUpdate the rule with the supplied data.

DeleteDelete the reassign rule in the corresponding table row permanently.
