PROCESSIT WebTest is a tool for generating dummy invoices to test workflow in PROCESSIT.

Restricting WebTest Access

Access to WebTest is controlled by the configuration parameter Enable/Disable Access To Webtest Application. If the parameter is enabled, WebTest is accessible and you can submit test-invoices to the system. If it is disabled, no user can access WebTest for that site. If trying to access a disabled WebTest, you receive the error message ACCESS TO WEBTEST NOT ALLOWED BY CONFIGURATION.

To remove the ability to create invoices in the system entirely, you should disable WebTest, and make sure to disable access to Create Invoice via user role management.
