Select Organization
Hold Setup is part of the Configuration manager.
To configure match hold receivers, you must select an Organization for which you wish to perform the setup in the Organizationbox. Please note that must select the organization prior to selecting the Hold Setup configuration area.
Create Setup
The determined match hold receiver receives hold notifications. The ranking, role, user and release rules are set in the Match Hold Setup screen for the organization you would like to configure. To define rules for who will receive hold notifications:
- Select the Hold reason to which the setup should apply.
- If no information is ready in the table, click Create Setup.
- Select a hold reason in the Hold Reason drop down menu.
- For each rank, determine if a Role or a specific person should receive the notification.
- Select the user if you selected a specific person.
- Determine if this person should be able to release the hold (Yes) or not (No).
- Click Save.
Repeat the process until match hold receivers have been configured for all hold reasons.
Delete Setup
If you wish to delete a setup, select the appropriate Hold Reason and click Delete Setup.
Note that deleting a match hold receiver setup cannot be undone. You will have to recreate the setup.
Copy Setup
To copy a setup for a particular hold reason to another organization:
- Select a Hold reason.
- Select an Organization in Copy Setup to organization.
- Click Copy.
Copying setup overwrites the existing setup for the orgnaization you are copying to.
