Modifying invoice data
Modifying an invoice is done in the Modify invoice screen.
If scanned invoices contain errors or are duplicates – or other exceptions occur – this is caught during the initial internal PROCESSIT data validation. An error task notification is sent to a preconfigured administrator super user. Via the Modify Invoice window this user can change invoice header data to correct mistakes or delete the invoice.
If an invoice is rejected during the approval workflow, a notification is sent to the designated user who can determine how the rejected should be handled via the Modify invoice window.
