Use the search function

You can use the search function to search for a document directly, using a set of search criteria. The search is available for all categories of the Worklist that are searchable; for example, invoices and purchase orders.

To search for a specific document, complete the following steps.

  1. In the Worklist category of the document that you want to search for, click the Search button.
  2. In the search dialog box, define the search criteria. Enter * + <word> to search for instances ending with this word. Enter <word> + * to search for instances starting with this word. For example, enter *user to search for all word combinations ending with "user".
  3. To search for documents that match your search criteria, click Search.
