The Master data query dialog

Parameter

Lists the available master data.

Note: If your Verification input form is configured with a master data query, the hits are restricted to the columns for which the Filter setting was selected in the Edit query dialog.

In the Value column, type a value to search for and then click Search. To delete all values and start a new query, click Clear.

Search result

Lists the results of your search. The maximum number of displayed results is configured in the Edit query dialog (Max. row count setting). If Substring search is enabled there, you can also search for part of a value.

Double-click an entry to transfer it to the document's fields.
