Documents can be moved, split, merged, and added when you use Verification's restructuring mode. Activate it by selecting in the process step for the Verification activity.
Note: In restructuring mode you cannot work with fields.
To switch to the restructuring mode during Verification,

Click one of these buttons to select what to see:

Shows only documents.

Shows all documents and images.

Shows all documents, sheets, pages and images.
In the pane, select the documents, sheets, pages, or images to be moved. Drag them to a new position and drop them there.
To make a document a sub-document, drag it to an existing document.
In the pane, click a sheet. Then right-click it and select to split the document from that sheet onward.
In the pane, click a document. Then right-click it and select to add all sheets in the current document to the previous document. The current document is deleted.
Alternatively, select . This function adds all the pages of the current document to the parent document (the document immediately above the selected one in the hierarchy) and deletes the current document.
When you are done working in Verification, save the root document.
