Note: Do not confuse this plug-in with the Report Manager plug-in.
This plug-in is used to monitor service level agreement (SLA) reporting. SLA reporting is often used by vendors that offer business process outsourcing.
This reporting is set up in a process by adding and configuring an SLA Reporting process step.
In the SLA Report Manager, you can then create SLA categories (or import them) and display SLA data. You can also set up the Agent for SLA Notification to send email when root documents meet the SLA conditions you specify.
The SLA Reporting activity saves the expected finish date and time in the SLAFinishTime property of the root document. This date is also displayed in the . view in the Process Monitor
You can create an XBOUND calendar and use it in SLA reporting.
The file name of this plug-in (in case you need to add it to the XBOUND Management Center, for example) is xboundPlugInSLAReporting.dll.
