This system agent searches for tasks with a specified status and assigns a different status. It cleans up. Use only when needed. Examples:
If you find it necessary to regularly change tasks with Waiting status to Error so that they are picked up by error handling routines, you can set up this agent to do that automatically.
In some systems tasks tend to get stuck with Busy
status, even though they are not busy. If you configure this agent
to change Busy tasks to Ready so that the activity runs
again, the documents are often processed without any other intervention.
