Use these settings to create a condition for a service level agreement (SLA) category (as part of creating an SLA category).
Conditions help you monitor the time remaining before the finish date, ensuring that you meet your SLAs. For example, you can create conditions that correspond to OK (plenty of time remains), Urgent (the finish date is approaching), and Critical (the finish date is about to pass).
