Agent for SLA Notification

Note: Do not confuse this agent with the Agent for Notification.

This system agent checks whether any root documents fulfill SLA conditions, and sends email notifications to specified email recipients.

These settings are available when you configure this agent:

SLA settings tab

Send status messages

Email notifications are sent at the frequency specified on the SMTP mail configuration tab. The emails report the number of root documents in each SLA category condition that has Activate notification selected.

Event-driven notification

Email notifications are sent when at least one a root document meets a condition that has Activate notification selected.

When you select this option, the Check every setting appears, and you can specify how often you want the system to check.

Additional email notifications are then sent at the frequency specified on the SMTP mail configuration tab, until no more root documents meet a condition that has Activate notification selected.

SLA client, process, and process step
