The Specify Scope dialog

access this dialog:
).Use this dialog to specify the scope of a privilege – whether it is to be applied at the global, client, or process level (or a combination). See Assigning privileges manually for instructions.
This dialog lists the global level, as well as the individual clients and processes.
Note that if a scope is already assigned at the global level or for a client or process, that option is not included in the list.
