The following settings are used when configuring custom document structures for the Collector for IMAP:
| Specify the maximum number of sub-documents per root document. This simplifies processing downstream. It also serves to optimize the processing speed when large quantities of email are processed in a single import operation. |
Select a template to base your structure on. These options are available:
* When you select these templates, default actions with standard settings apply to each type of object (email batches, individual emails, and attachments) to be imported. You can then adjust those settings as desired: Select a action to display the document name or type settings in the lower part of the dialog, where they can be edited. | |
| Executes the above settings in the lower part of the dialog. |
| Opens the dialog, where you can configure the preview. |
