Various XBOUND plug-ins display a selected process as a diagram. In the Process Designer, Process Monitor, or SLA Report Manager, you can use the below procedure to adjust what it looks like.
Note: The adjustments made in the dialog only apply to the current view. For example, if you open the Flow Chart Layout Manager from the Process Designer, your changes will not affect how the same process looks in the Process Monitor, nor will they affect the appearance of other processes.
Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer, Process Monitor, or SLA Report Manager.
Click the
button (
).
The dialog is displayed. Here you can:
Change the shape of the flow chart:
Click one of the layout buttons:

In some cases, there are a couple of settings that you can adjust. (The settings for the different layouts are described here.)
Click at the bottom of the dialog.
Click

) and use the additional
settings to further adjust how the diagram is displayed. (The
settings for the different layouts are described here.)
In the pane, move the square around to zoom in on the selected area in the plug-in that you are working in.
Click (
) to fit the diagram to the available
space. (You can resize the available space without closing the
Flow Chart Layout Manager.)
Or, click or (
or
) to magnify or reduce the
diagram incrementally.
You can save your process diagram to PDF.
To revert to the appearance that was used before you opened
the Flow Chart Layout Manager, click
(
).
To revert to the default appearance, close the Flow Chart Layout
Manager and click (
).
