Native XBOUND activities are configured by adding process steps to a process and then configuring them.
However, some activities that are not part of the standard XBOUND installation must be registered and configured on the global level—or on the client or process level—before use. This creates a parameter set that is available further down in the hierarchy:
Global parameter sets are available to all clients and processes.
Client-level parameter sets are available to all processes in that client.
Process-level parameter sets are available only to process steps within that process.
For example, the RCC Import Solution activity must be registered on the global level, creating a global parameter set.
Use the this procedure to register an activity on the global, client, or process level:
Using the XBOUND Management Center, open a console containing the Process Designer.
Depending on what you want to do:

The is displayed. In dialog , specify the DLL that implements the activity to add (for example xBoundActDOXImport.dll for the Import Solution activity).
Adjust other settings in the
dialog as needed for your activity and click .Optional: Click and edit the
