Troubleshooting: Logging to file

Problem

You have set up logging by selecting Log to file. However, logs are not being saved to file.

Solution

This happens in a 64-bit Windows environment with XBOUND activities running as native 64-bit components. In this situation, additional configure steps are needed. See instructions in step 6 of Setting up logging.
