The new lock MDP value: - 1 no changes to the document shall be permitted - 2 only filling in forms, instantiating page templates, and signing shall be permitted - 3 only filling in forms, instantiating page templates, signing, creating annotations, deleting annotations, and modifying annotations shall be permitted.
